Below is the photo taken from above to show the lights that light up the sky.  Put up to show  where once stood the World Center Towers.  Six months later...In Memory of all those lost, those who lived and those family members that were involved in anyway by this tragedy..

This is my first attempt at making a applet, I love this picture with

the lights glistening over the water.  I am so proud, It worked!

I had to have just the right picture to make sure it was spectacular. 

I would like to thank Jimmy for his help. As it was with his directions,        that I was able to make it.  I never would have dreamed I could do it.

The lights were set up to be lit on the six months anniversary of the terrorist attack September 11, 2001. In Loving memory of those lost and those who were left behind. The many Heroes and their families. and to every one who was touched by this tragedy. 

Thank you Dawn for sending me the three pictures. I had the one from the top and yet had not seen the view from above. I decided that it  would make up a great page as many have not seen the lights at all. When I planned to add the photo above, I had no plans to make it into a applet. Then when I decided to learn, I felt that it had to be with this picture.  It was so clear and bright and beautiful.  I had no idea how beautiful it would be. But made it more of a challenge and I could not give up as I was determined to make this applet work.  I hope you enjoy it also. and feel free to send it to your family and friends...
